The Classic Cuvée is a traditional Champagne inspired blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The Classic Cuvée has the crisp elegance and perfect balance you would hope for from a top English sparkling wine.

The wine is elegant, bright and fine, with red apple and pear flavours, subtle creamy summer berries and notes of brioche complexities from its winemaking process. After 5 years spent in contact with its yeast, the palate is crisp and succulent with tiny, rolling bubbles and a long, toasty finish. The wine makes a wonderful celebration, aperitif or is particularly good with canapés, fish (especially sushi) or go the whole hog with it alongside your fish and chips.
