It spends some time in oak, although does not have an ‘oakey’ profile, the wooden barrels help this wine develop its complexity. It has a nose of floral honeysuckle, acacia and limes. The palate is rich and long; flavours of preserved lemon, honeydew melon, apricots and green peppers.
