A quirky, fun Cab Franc from the organic, biodynamic estate of one Guillaume Reynouard! Le Manoir de la Tête Rouge was built in 1649 at the base of Le Puy Notre Dame. Reynouard bought it in 1995, and quickly set about making it organic. It's been certified organic since 1998. As for the wine, it's uncomplicated, rewarding and ready to drink now. One for fans of natural wines as Reynouard believes in minimal intervention — just good, honest, wine. Don't cellar this; just bring it home, open it, give it a few minutes and enjoy.
