"Master mystic Božidar Zorjan, the patron saint of nature and sustainable agriculture, offers an often underestimated variety of Laško Riesling, an elegant macerated wine. Laško Riesling is Zorjan's only wine not made in amphorae. After biodynamic production, the wine boils in tubs. the wine is put in a press to drain overnight, and this solitude is poured into large wooden barrels, where it is opened to the end, and is poured in for the night and in the autumn, and in the second and third years the wine is poured only once, before harvest.
