Fuchs Und Hase is a collaboration between one of our favourite Austrian producers Anna & Martin Arndorfer and their friends Alwin & Stefanie Jurtschitsch. 

Volume 2 is a natural pet nat made from a blend of Gruner Veltliner and Muskateller macerated on skins for 12 days and bottled without clarification or sulphur. It's lifted and lively with pear, peach and orange aromas, a touch of white pepper and plenty of persistent fizz.
