The Brimoncourt blanc de blancs Champagne is generous, fresh and elegant. Whilst mostly drank as a very classy aperitif, it is quite versatile too, and can be paired with canapés and food. All grapes that go into the Champagne are exclusively Premiers and Grands Crus (Chardonnay) grapes.

Light straw in colour, the nose is all about. white flowers and minerality. The palate is fleshy, yet smooth, and enveloped citrus, lemon, and grapefruit zest. A touch of fruit sweetness and a striking minerality keep on giving to a long and satisfying finish.
