This is a superb value entry white Burgundy from one of the Southern appellations, Macon. The wine is a light golden yellow colour and a light body. It has lifted white fruits on the nose with plenty of ripe fruit balanced by a flinty fresh finish. It excels with pan-fried fish, roasted veg or a fine roast chicken.
