Fermented in a mix of cement and stainless steel tanks and aged for 10-12 months in French oak barrels, of which 35% are new.
Fresh and plummy, warm and soft with a good core of fruit, very polished and lots of potential with well-integrated oak on the finish.
Roast lamb served pink with herbs, rare sirloin steak.
