Francesco Anne Santi uses amphora and stainless steel to create wines without compromises. Based in Valnerina, Umbria, he marries biodynamics, indigenous grapes and a proper hands-on approach to create wines that really jump out the glass.

A beautifully balanced blend that is so immediate once you’ve tasted it, it just draws you back in for another sip. Aged on lees with a weekly bâtonnage, this is properly lively.
