The first wine from Chateau de Suronde is a dry white wine made in a way to preserve freshness and aromatics and allow for 1 year of bottle ageing to increase complexity and body. The grapes are picked by hand so that only the top grapes go into their wines, grapes that do not make the cut are discarded.

The juice has been pressed gently and stainless steel with no oak. Vibrant and fresh citrus fruits take you through a precise and delicious set of flavours. Because of its northerly French location, this is a crisp, delicate and delicious example of Loire Chenin Blanc.
