Domaine de la Brossette, Touraine Sauvignon Blanc, 12 bottle case

An organic Sauvignon from the Loire which offers fantastic value for money. This is bright, zesty and gentle with plenty of character. Citrus and white flowers vie for attention and there is added depth thanks to lees-ageing; the finish is long and wonderfully refreshing.

The Sauvignon Blanc for this wine comes from an organic vineyard owned by one of Thierry's neighbours in the Cher Valley. The soils are flint-clay-stones.

Domaine de La Brossette is a certified organic estate located in Touraine and owned by the Delaunay family. They have three hectares of organic vineyards, planted with Gamay and Cabernet Franc, from which they produce a pale rosé and a red.
