Tasting notes and texture

A delicate pearly-pink colour leads to a fragrant nose of flowers, white peach and citrus peel. The palate is fresh and finely poised, with delicate fruit flavours and a refreshing grapefruit-zest finish. Ageing on fine lees complements the wine’s elegant, harmonious character.

Provençal character

Made from Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle, Symphonie reflects the terroirs of the Côtes de Provence. Cold skin maceration before pressing, temperature-controlled vinification and ageing in vats on fine lees help shape its expressive fruit and freshness.
