This innovative and high quality producer specialises in the white wines of the Colli Orientali of Friuli, where Sauvignon was introduced from France under the Hapsburgs and became widely planted in the early 20th century. A refreshing Sauvignon with varietal notes of exotic fruit, yellow pepper, tomato leaf and mint.
There are elegant and intense varietal notes on the nose: aromas of passion fruit, mint, pineapple, white peach, tomato leaves and sage. On the palate, it is elegant and fine, with a balancing and refreshing acidity. Rich flavours ranging from citrus to tropical fruit lead to a balsamic and mineral finish.
