Inside the bottle is the elegant Taittinger Nocturne Sec NV, a beautifully balanced champagne with a slightly richer, softer style than traditional brut expressions. A blend dominated by Chardonnay with Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, it spends several years ageing on its lees to develop complexity and finesse.

In the glass it offers aromas of white flowers, ripe peach and dried apricot, with hints of brioche and honeyed pastry. The palate is creamy, round and gently sweet, with fine bubbles and a smooth, indulgent finish.
