Gilles Ballorin is a simple, frank, passionate man and a sacred winegrower. From its 6 hectares and a few vines worked in bio-dynamics, it draws superb dense and deep juices. No inputs apart from low doses of sulfur in its distinctive wines, which know how to stay fresh. This white Marsannay is of a beautiful purity, with beautiful fruit and perfect balance. Delicious now, they will grow happily over the next 7-8 years.
