"Bonarda is likely the same grape as Charbono or Douce Noir, hailing from Savoie or Piedmonte. It was prolific in Argentina, but mainly used for blending. Pol’s version treads a lovely line between fig, cherry, blueberry and cassis. Plenty of energy here."
