This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz is full bodied with beautifully strong, balanced aromas of plum and spices.
Silky soft tannins giving a lovely long finish.
Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were vinified separately from Shiraz. Their harvest began later to achieve greater consistency. Both wines were aged in American oak barrel for 8 months.
