Arianna’s home town of Vittoria lies in the far south of Sicily just to the west of Ragusa. It is here that she has been making wine for the past ten years under the tutelage of her uncle, Giusto Occhipinti who owns and runs the famous COS estate.

Intense and luminous ruby red, the nose has elegant notes of ripe plum, blackberry, blackcurrant and Mediterranean scrub with a spicy finish. The palate is warm and enveloping, with a lovely freshness and hints of rosemary and caper flower with bitter cocoa on the finish.
