Chouilly — Ayala's own vineyard — contributes silky texture, freshness, and aromatic diversity. Le Mesnil-sur-Oger brings tension, precision, and exceptional ageing capacity, in perfect harmony with the chalky minerality of Cramant. The blend is enriched by a selection of remarkable Premiers Crus.
