The small Neveu family estate is located in Chavignol, eastern Loire Valley, with excellent chalky vineyard sites including `les Langues Fins`. The clean, fresh and distinctly aromatic style comes from meticulous winemaking with stainless steel and temperature control. This single vineyard Sancerre rosé has the added complexity of mineral flavours on the mid weight, creamy textured palate. A pale salmon pink rosé, fresh with a delicate perfumed bouquet, finishing dry, well rounded with exceptional poise.
