Less than 6000 bottles of this wine were made. To attest to its scarcity, it is hand made and finished. To provide the exuberant complexity this wine has, it rests on its yeast until it is sold in small batches to us. With no dosage, this is a step-up from the 2013 Classic Cuvee and is formally a Brut Nature wine; ultra-dry and a more serious sparkling wine.

Like the 2013 Classic Cuvee, it is seriously complex and yeasty on the nose from many years of cellar ageing. Less sugar and a dryer profile in this wine give a bold, fresh and precise acidity which runs through its profile. Taught, tight and refreshing, it is for people that like a very dry sparkling wine. Citrus, white blossom, complex, layered apples and delicate berry flavours take you through to a lip-smacking finish.
