Bugia comes from the selection of the best vineyards, 90 years old, on Giglio Island, Tuscany. It is rich in minerality, due to the granite soil of the island and the its climate. The grapes are hand-picked, soft pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks, only a 10% goes in French barriques.
