Kim Crawford Pinot Noir

Kim Crawford Pinot Noir 2010 uses largely manually harvested fruit, de-stemmed and after 5 days of cold maceration the fermentation proceeds with selected yeast strains. The wine is then aged in a mixture of stainless steel tanks and oak barrels. The result is a wine that is bright ruby red with a superb nose of red fruits and dark cherries and a lovely oaky complexity. On the palate the fruit is crisp, cherry and ref berry, all supported by a light touch of oak. Fine tannins and a lovely length of flavour.
