90% Hondarribi Zuri, 10% Riesling. Vineyards are in two parcels (Belandika, and Itxolo) located in Artómaña and Délika, (Arrastaria Valley-Álava). Soils are semi-deep and of alluvial nature with a climatology between Atlantic and Continental, depending on the vintage. The press is at just 55% and ageing in is in stainless steel tank of 1000 ltr for 7mth. The wine has orange blossom notes, citrus and lime and a subtle arromoatic quality derived from the Riesling. The palate is dense, fruit driven with great drive, energy, and very long.
