Oliver’s Taranga DJ Cabernet Sauvignon 6 Bottle Case 75cl

An outstanding example of New World Cabernet Sauvignon. It is intensely rich with varietal Cabernet notes- concentrated blackcurrant cassis, cigar box, earthy dark fruits, clove, liquorice, tar and sweet spices. The palate has tonnes of power and an integrated tannin line which gives structure. The finish is extremely long, delicious blackberry jam note melded with anise with an earthy intensity. This wine spends 2 years in oak, all of it French and half of it new, half of it pre-used.
