The ‘Burnfoot’ Vineyard is grown in the Tuki Tuki Valley on the northern side of the Tuki Tuki River opposite Te Mata Peak. A deep rich ruby colour with notes of black plum and spice on the nose. The palate is soft and smooth with soft tannins and ripe black fruits, dried herbs, a touch of toasty oak from time spent in French and American barrels and a subtle leather note on the finish.
