Domaine Vrignaud Chablis 2017

Domaine Vrignaud Chablis is produced from six different vineyard sites - La Bralée, Champréaux, Chasse Loup, Etang, Chemin Des Chaumes and Les Usages - all of which have soils of Kimmeridgean clay.
The vines average 27 years of age and produce high quality fruit packed with mineral notes and lively acidity. The parcels of grapes are vinified separately and every vat is tasted before blending to produce the best possible wine.
The predominant characters of this Chablis cuvée are supplied by the Champréaux vineyard - minerality and delicacy - and the La Bralée vineyard - roundness and notes of cool fruit.
